Hilltop Primary Care
Hilltop Primary Care, Inc. is the preferred provider for outpatient medical services to patients of all ages. We strive to provide the best possible care to you and your family. We ensure that every patient is treated with a personalized treatment plan that caters to their needs.
At Hilltop you can receive treatment for:
- The prevention of illness and promotion of health through obtaining medical history, physical exams, and assessing health status.
- The diagnosis of problems presented at the visit by taking health histories, doing appropriate physical exams, lab tests, pregnancy tests, and other diagnostic testing and procedures.
- The treatment of immediate problems and chronic illnesses with drug prescriptions, injections, and other procedures as medically necessary.
- The treatment of STD's, Hepatitis C, and HIV.
- Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PREP) for qualifying patients.
- Acute care for minor injuries or illnesses.
- Addressing questions regarding questions or concerns that you may have about your physical and / or mental health.
- Referral to the appropriate medical specialists
- Referral and treatment of patients who require hospitalization, emergency room care, skilled nursing, assisted living or home health care.
- Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for substance use disorders.
